Collective Commitment to Conservation.

A Tapestry of Goodwill

Honestly speaking, there are millions of people, organizations and programs dedicated to the planet’s conservation efforts. Every single one of those efforts was born from good will and a passion for being part of a solution to help our dear, tired planet revive its resources in order to sustain homes for millions of creatures living in their respective ecosystems.

Question:
Do we exist for Earth, or does Earth exist for us?
The answer, perhaps, lies in both. As inhabitants of this remarkable planet, we have undoubtedly taken much from it. Yet, amidst our consumption, there lies an opportunity for reciprocity — a chance to give back to the very Earth that sustains us.

Meet the Founders of Silver Branch

At Silver Branch, our two founders are a dynamic and passionate duo united by a common vision: the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems.

Navigating the Conservation Landscape.

Our Approach and Collaborative Spirit

The wild world of conservation offers thousands of opportunities to “invest” in the planet’s wellbeing. We are humbled by the success of many of these programs.

Silver Branch chooses to support projects where we have ongoing professional relationships with the extraordinary people who implement our combined vision.

Our founders come from different backgrounds: historians, business folk, seafarers, political consultants and artists. Collectively our interest in contributing solutions to is a blend of passion, intellectual curiosity and committed resources.

As we embark on our journey, we recognize the importance of learning and strategic resource deployment. While academic findings guide us, practical wisdom is invaluable. Though our efforts may begin modestly, the potential outcomes are monumental.

Embarking on a Conservation Odyssey.

Our Approach and Philosophy

Many of our projects operate under the radar, often at their inception stages, drawn by their potential to uniquely impact ecosystems. Take, for instance, our involvement in reintroducing Clouded Leopards to their natural habitats after being declared extinct and our establishment of assurance colonies for the Aldabra Tortoise, a vital eco-engineer at risk of extinction due to natural disasters. These endeavors underscore our commitment to preserving invaluable species with significant conservation value.
